If you have a juicer machine, you could fast and drink only juiced fruits and vegetables and water. Also, I'd recommend an enema. If you're not used to it, I know you'll probably be hesitant, but don't be. When you start fasting, even if you eat a very healthy diet, your body will start dumping toxins into your bloodstream and you could start feeling anywhere from rather uncomfortable to quite sick. cleaning out your bowels with water (i.e. enema) helps to alleviate this, and kick starts the cleanse process. But even if you don't juice or do the enema(s), fasting is a great way to cleanse and renew your body. If you feel you need a boost, go to the health food store and get a henna cleanse. My husband usually uses this and finds it helpful. I wish you the best.

Congratulations on the lack of those vises. Unfortunately just by living you are being bombarded by toxins every single day. Millions of pounds of toxins are released in our environment every year. Herbal, chemical and dietal detoxes all have their place but if you use of of these detoxes be sure you take a colloidial liquid multi-vitamin/mineral supplement. regardless of the detox you choose drink lots of water so that the toxins coming out of your system get flushed out and not jam packed somewhere else. The best and safest detox I know of is also the most gentle I've ever tried. See source list.

What nonsense. Your body "detoxes" itself constantly. Drinking lots of water will do NOTHING to speed the process, despite what some fools believe. Funky herbal preparations will do nothing special either.
Here's the plan:
1. You need to decide what "toxin" (or toxins) you want to get rid of.
2. Have a laboratory MEASURE how much of this "toxin" you have now.
3. Try the "detox".
4. Get re-measured for the "toxin"
I can safely predict NO difference. The whole concept of "toxins" and "detoxing" is ridiculous nonsense. Save your money.

Along with that water take an herbal remedy called TRIPHALA. You'll be cleaned out. It is a natural Indian (from India) treatment.

Clenz Blenz Tea works really well. You even feel clean after drinking it and it works! I bought it at GNC before.
