There is no difference. Roxicodone is a brand name for Oxycodone. So is Percolone, Oxy IR, Oxycontin (time released version). Percocet is the Oxycodone with acetemenaphin (Tylenol) in it. Percodan is Oxycodone with apirin in it.

roxicodone is oxycodone, has tylenol oxycontin is oxycodone time released no aspirin or tylenol
