i know we're supposed to drink on average 2 litres of water a day, but sometimes i forget and when i remember (i.e. say for example, i'm at work and i get home and then just drink about half a litre every 30mins or so in 2 hour's i'd have drunk 2 litres, the daily quota!) -- is this unhealthy? i know it'd be better if i was dinking a cup here and there during the course of the day but some times i just dont have time -- nor do i feel thirsty! so is it unhealthy? or does it not matter?
