find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

It depends on how much you mean... A few pounds or a lot... Lay off the junk (sodas, hot dogs, fast food, ice cream, chips...) and eat regular food. Get in at least a half hour EVERY day of walking or any cardiovascular exercise you can (dancing, aerobics, jogging, jumping jacks...) You need cardio and eat good food to lose weight. Drink lots of water to flush out water weight.

Choose two cause you can't have all three.

If you choose healthy and quickly that's fine but that combination is checking into a 'fitness camp' where your exercise and diet and medically monitored (like on Biggest Loser).

In other words, DIY fast and quick means unhealthy and certain rebound.
