i lift weights, so i am muscular, but also have a little fat, co i want to calculate my BMI and account for muscle too.

No, If you are muscular than BMI is not an accurate tool for you. Your better off going with your body fat percentage.

You need to have your body fat perecentage tested. There are lean body mass calculators on-line, but these are just predictations for the average person, not highly muscular individuals so it will be inaccurate.
