I don't know much about Wu Long Tea, but I drink Green Tea (very healthy for you). Green Tea doesn't have much of a taste so to add a sweet taste I use honey. Honey will sweeten it up and not give you the sugary results of pure sugar.

I use two teaspoons of sugar for one bag of wu long tea. It tastes great.

Hmm. . . .properly, i like oolong tea so . . . .i did no longer recognize there became a nutrition regimen. how does it bypass? do you purely drink tea and that's all . . . cuz that could make every physique unfastened weight, LOL. j/ok uh, attempt including nutrasweet or splenda OR use extra water and much less tea. whilst that is easy in color, I heard that that is going to become needless to say candy.

Just adding a little honey helps a lot, and doesn't have the negative effects of sugar (unless you are diabetic).
