When you're on your period and after sitting down for a long time and then standing up, you feel the blood come rushing down?

I hate it but I don't want to go through the hassle of changing tampons in school.

Yup yup yup... it's definitely normal. Your sitting down so the blood settles and doesn't flow out. So when you stand up, it flows out. Your jus gonna have to deal with changing your tampon if you have a heavy flow!

maybe you should wear a pad with the tampon so you dont have to worry about leaks. i know that takes away from the reason people use tampons but if you dont want to change it i dont know what else you could do.

Oh yeah, I remember when that happened, only if it was really heavy. Birth control helps lighten your period if you wanted to get on them
