I'm about 5'3" and weigh 150 pounds. I need to lose about 25 pounds in about 2 months. I have trouble sticking to diets because i'm always bored and i eat when i'm bored. Sometimes i notice that i'm doing that, but i can't stop. Can anyone recommend a diet that WILL NOT make my stomach growl in school because that's really embarrassing. Also, i need to mostly lose weight in my thigh, stomach, calves, and i have flabby upper arms. Plus, I can't really exercise outside because it's cold and we just had the nor'eastern storm and got 9 inches here and it's cold. And i get really paranoid and think people are laughing at me or making fun of me when they see me excerising. Can someone please help me? Thank you.
