Change shampoo and conditioner. See if it clears up. I was amazed when my dermatologist gave me a list of shampoos and conditioners that actually cause acne.

This may sound crazy, but it actually works. If you have red bumps that appear on your body, -your arms, back, chest, shoulders, you can help clear it up with Selsun Blue. I would go for the Moisturizing or Medicated one. You just use it in the shower like a bodywash. It also feels really good on your skin as it soothes. It's an idea, although if it get's too bothersome that no product helps, definately contact a doctor/dermatologist.

Try neutrogena body clear, body scrub in the shower. Then Stridex pads in the morning and night. Then an acne cream, like Neutrogena acne reducing cream. Just don't over do it or you could dry out your skin. Good luck.
