I am 14 years old, 5' 6", 128 lbs.

Should I continue to lose weight or should I try to maintain my weight?

you are right in the center. your BMI is 20.7, healthy is 18.4-24.9. maintain.

you are 14, your body NEEDS ALL THE NUTRIENTS IT CAN GET! dieting is starving the body, at your age, you NEED all the vitamins and stuff that you can get because you're growing and all that lovely stuff. plus you are at a great weight. so just exercise and eat a balanced diet dont aim to lose weight.

The only reason to lose weight should be because you are overweight.
I'm not familiar with the coordination of 'weight-to-height.'
if your weight is within the norn or close to it, I wouldn't bother.
If you're several more pounds overweight, I'd trim some more off.

maintain that wheight!im 5'4'' and 110 and every body tells me im skinny and that i need to add wheight so ur perfect!

you have a bmi of 20.7 a normal one is 18-25 so ur perfect
mine is 19

Probably just maintain. For you height your in the ballpark.
