I'm American and I'm watching a Brit docu on Anorexia and they said a 13 year old weighed 4 stone when admitted. How many pounds?

there are14 pounds to a stone. 14 times 4 equals 56 pounds. hope that helps

Which documentary were you watching? Just curious, i like watching documentaries on this. It's around 56 lbs. a stone = 14 lbs.
