Sorry folks. I see a lot of questions on this subject and I hate to inform you, you'll NEVER lose 10 lbs in one week and if by some miracle you do, you'll gain it right back.

People who starve themselves will lose weight, but it's very unhealthy. You lose weight simply because your body uses the muscles for energy in this case and muscle weighs more than fat.
My friend is 6'2 185lbs and his waist is 37 inches. I'm only 6'0 tall and I weigh 216lbs but my waist size is 32 1/2. I'm shorter than him and weigh over 30lbs more but i'm much thinner in my waist area.

When you are dieting and exercising, DON'T weigh yourself everyday or even every week. The average person may only lose 2-3 lbs a week with diet and exercise. People are too hung up on weight. Always remember to look at your WAIST not your WEIGHT.

If it was just that easy to drop 30-50lbs in a month, then everyone would be fit and trim. It takes time, dedication and effort. Proper diet and exercise is key.

If you've had one or know someone that has , Please what is it like? I was hurt and collecting workmans comp. I had a second back operation 6 months ago and the pain is still there and I'm limited to what I can do, unlike the first one. If you know anything please tell me.

I have this serial of itchness and the weird thing is, it happens every night. I tried to figure out what has caused this but I simply couldn't. I went to a hospital at 3am once because the itch broke out and I couldn't take it. She just gave me a cream to apply and some pills to take. It has been 3 weeks from there and the itching still has not persist. It has nothing to do with my body foam becasue I have been using it for a month and on the day I had this itch, I ate my usual meals, the same food... Weird... I have sun my bed and pillow as well... Argh, Im itching badly right now... Do I need to take an injection?

Five years ago I had breast reduction surgery and have had pain on my left side under my breast ever since. At first it was quite severe and my primary care physician said it was " just nerve damage not to worry it will go away". Now five years later it is still there but not as severe. However, when I do anything that involves really using that muscle ; I get sharp pains across my chest and cannot use my arm or the pain is too great. It's affecting my ability to perform my job and I have to do something.

Well, for the past couple weeks or like a month or so I have been feeling dissy usually alot in the morning at school. I'm not pregnant! either I am thirteen. I also went to the doctors and they said nothing is wrong with me. I'm not even dehydrated and it isn't my period. I am a normally healthy person and I keep experiencing this off and on.
My mom says I may have anxiety. but who knows??? Help????

ok well i was just thinking my diets are something i have trouble sticking to one week i will lose 8lbs and then ill gain it back then the next week ill do it over again and lose weight but then i gain it back when i diet i am VERY strict but the minute i let go i loose control of everything ( i exercise 5 days a week though) i have been doing this on and off for over a year.. i am just really sick of losing control and not being able to keep my weight down its so frustrating i dont know what to do any suggestions?

From what I've been reading about Herpes 2, you have breakouts usually recurrent in the place you contracted the virus. Also, it says Herpes 2 usually stays in the genital area. So, if you have oral sex, with someone with herpes 2, will you contract it in the mouth? Will it then go to the genitals, because it says usually you will have a breakout where it is contracted? Also, from what I'm reading herpes 2 will not give someone Herpes 1, but Herpes 1 will give Herpes 2. So, confusing! So, basicully to narrow it down will someone get infected with herpes 2 by giving someone else infected oral sex?

I have a bad second premolar on my right side and I want to get an implant in its place. I have already weighed my options between an implant and a bridge and i have opted for the impant. Now I just want tp know what the exact process is. Correct my if im wrong. Extraction, time for bone to heal? (how much time?) then the implant is placed and how much time after the that do i get the crown? and is there any after implant care that I need to have done? How do i maintain an implant? I'm currently taking SLIMQUICK and I just noticed that it says not to take it if you have thyroid disease. I wondering if this is because it has a bad reaction to the meds someone would take when they have thyroid disease or if it has a adverse affect for someone who has thyroid disease, but doesn't take meds. Hi.
I've had an ingrown hair on my bikini line for like 5 months. I popped it out, and tweezed the hair, and it healed. Now, it looks like a bump with a brownish scar and I feel there's still something to be popped in there, it's been like that for three months. I've been squeezing it for two months like every week but I can't see any hair in.
Any ideas what it is and how to get rid of it?
