I would have it looked at by a doctor. He may not have to drain it. He may just give you meds.
A few years ago, I got a couple of boils right where the leg meets the curve of the butt cheek, not on my butt cheek exactly, but right below, right on the part of the body that you sit on (ouch). I kept trying to make them go away on my own. For every one I got rid of and suffered through, 1 or maybe 2 would come back. All in all I had suffered through 6 boils. Very painful.
Finally, I went to the doctor, and he gave me the diagnosis that I had concluded on my own by doing research. I had a Staph infection. Staph is VERY contagious and can spread from person to person or to other body parts. If bad enough, some people require amputation of infected areas. I know one man that has lost limbs from Staph, very nice man. It is not something you wanna mess with.
He gave me some medicine that lasted for 10 days. By the 4th day on the meds, the boils had vanished.
Just go see the Doctor, it's better than suffering through the pain of the boils.

You should keep clean that area . I could not understand what is vag
but keep clean that area . Then it will drain on its own . But try to keep clean as much as possible to protect your skin from a second infection .

You need to go & see a Dr. Boils are staff infections & are very contagious. You can spread the virus to other body parts. You need antibiotics to kill it.

You can probably let it drain on its own. They usually do anyhow and you shouldn't need surgery.
