You aren't seeing your "veins". You are seeing the blood flow in your body. Blood is almost black when not exposed to outside air and thats why you see it. Also if you are exercising more then your circulation is improving and you will see that in your feet and hands where the skin is thinner.
By the way, some people experience itchy skin too. It's a sign of increased circulation as well.

Yes. Your veins get stressed, also. Once they pop out, they probably will not go back down. You're probably looking at varicose veins. Nothing to worry about, just unsighty. Now, if you have pulled up heavy equipment with your feet, it could be as if when you drop on/bang a vein and it will stand up, but go back down. Very difficult to say, without eyeballing it, ya know?

I think that is normal. I can see the color of my veins on my hands sometimes. Usually when I am more tan I can't see them though. They don't stick up or anything! (but I see old people whose veins do that) So I don't think you have anything to worry about. Look at other people's hands sometime and you will see that you can see their's too. (If they are white.) I mean it's not that obvious unless you are looking for it. Your probably just being paranoid.

The veins weaken in the legs with age and pregnancies. There's a lot of blood falling back on those veins, and eventually they become varicose.

there probably is not much skin where you can see your veins. there is nothing wrong with being able to see your veins. i think it has to do with muscles. when you flex certian muscles will make things move. it is probably causing your veins to pop out. no big deal! promise. my mom went to medical school so i am pretty sure you will be fine. 99.9% sure!
