One quick test to administer to yourself. Stand up straight put your hands in the air straight up and tilt your head back. Close your eyes and see if your dizzyness comes back. If so you may have an inner ear infection that may be the cause. Nothing to worry about. A doctor can determine if this is the cause.
Now if that doesn't work here are some considerations.
Do you stay up late?
Do you drink or smoke?
Do you spend to much time in front of the computer?
Are you sleeping during the night?
Do you sleep longer than 7-9 hours a day?
Do you take medication?
All of these factors can influence dizzyness. If the problem persists, please go to a doctor.

dizzy?? You got a problem,, heart,, blood pressure problem....
get your fanny to a DR.
write your symptoms down.. Demand the tests.. X-rays, cardio ultrasound, even color Doppler radar... If an angiogram is recommended get prepared for your ("quad by pass").. don't get upset ....it is like pissing in the dark with the wind blowing.
You will end up with scars all over.. on your legs, and arm,, up your chest and several across your belly where the stick plastic tubes.
I remember one up my winky it looked like a storm drain,, but it was funny. I was shocked at how far it was inside me. They got some good drugs. They must have played R&R music when then took my heart out to change the plumbing. I was happy!!!
I stopped smoking and gained 20# for the first time in my 65 Y.
I can laugh because I'm stupid and this life thing has gota be a joke because I can jest with you_-_ -_and_-_-_ you need help....

Yes, it could be anxiety... and also, how recently have you had your eyes examined? That can also cause dizzyness... you should check that out... I had dizzyness for quite a while and we found out I had needed glasses.
