they are so tiny i feel like the pill is in my throat or somewhere in my mouth? help

Be sure to drink plenty of water when you take your pill. That way you wont have that feeling in your throat. And if it were still in your mouth all that water will dissolve it anyway.

Well I can think of a few other places where you can insert the pill where you will surely know where it is.

Why not put them in yogurt or applesauce when you take them. That way you can be sure they slid down your throat.
