I've lost about 13 pounds in about 3 weeks or 4 weeks, there's hasn't been much change in my diet, ever since cross country was over, i slowly started losing weight. I have weight training as a gym class and supposedly people gain weight there since muscle weighs more than fat. Now i weigh 198 pounds, when i used to weight at 210. I just ran the turkey trot for my school the other day and it was my fastest ever, even though i had lost 10 pounds by that time. It's apparent to me that i haven't loss much muscle mass and i have also lost 1 waist size.
