What it really was is a boil where a pore in the skin dried out and caused an infection under the skin. After several days it gets larger till the skin can not hold it anymore and it pops with a smelly green ''puss''emerging from the break in the skin as well as a white ''core'' (thats the ''plug'' in the skin). If it becomes too painful, see your doctor, he can freeze and lance it for you. Be sure to keep it clean and covered and apply some antibiotic cream on it to avoid infection.

it means she had a zit, she popped it and all the spots goo came out. It just means she destroyed the spot, but it also pushes some of the spots root back into your face so the spot might re-appear. Sometimes you do she this happening.

To me , it sounds like it was infected
usually zits do not come out green
it could have been a boil or a cyst.and not a pimple

It means the contents of the zit came out(normal). What did you expect to happen? Chocolate wafers shooting out?

It means that she should wash her face more often.
That and it was infected, and she was removing the infectious part of the zit.

eeeeww..do no longer pop it for goodness sake it relatively is going to leave an poor scar/spot...get some oxy in spite of or some variety of over the counter medicated pimple cream and pass from there- i does not pop it nonetheless-
