They look like heat bumps to me...Wear loose fitting clothes and keep it cool...Or maybe a allergic reaction to tanning lotion. It should go away within a couple of days...

it was the tanning bed! don't scratch it because it might spread. I know you said you can't afford a doctor but I would strongly advise it as there is no telling what you could have picked up especially if someone else before you used the bed and had something contageous. I would also go in person and inform the tanning bed people that you got this after using their machine. Tell them that they are responsible for any medical bills and that they have been reported to the health department.

Looks like you possibly have a rash from your deodorant / soap/ tanning bed lotion/ or maybe from laundry soap. Make sure have the washer on the cycle that rinses clothes well. It could also be heat rash. If you lay funny in the tanning bed it could be irritation from that. Try putting baby powder on it day and night and don't wear clothes that are too tight in that area. Also try sticking to cotton tops for a while as polyester blends and other synthetic fabrics don't always let your skin breathe.

You should call and check to see if the sanitize the tanning beds in between customers, you may have picked up a skin condition!
Sue them, if you have too! Make them pay for your dermatologist or doctors visits.
Looks almost zit like with a rash.
Try witch hazel or tea tree oil to clear it up? Most medications take more than a day to start clearing up the rash.
Are you using a new soap? New tan speeder accelerator lotion/oil?
Looks like you need to see a doctor soon!
Could it be your laundry detergent?

Looks like you are reacting to something. I would call the place where you tan and ask if the beds are cleaned between people and what they use to clean them with.
Try Benedryl for the itch and tepid (luke warm) oatmeal baths. A hot bath can make it worse as they dry out your skin. Lotion may also help.

I'm not a doctor (and you should probably see one) but it looks like keratitis polaris (also called KP). It's a problem caused when the pores get clogged. But it could just as easily be something that was caused by tanning, especially since it happened right after that. I'd try Benadryl to keep the swelling down and call a doctor, just in case.

Try using calomine lotion, which is excellent for sun burn, which it sounds like, if you were on a tanning bed..It will cool the infected areas down and stop the irritation.Have a nice salt bath first, which will also stop the irritation
and cool the area down.
