I am a female in my early 40s and I am 5'4" and 136lb...I have lost quite some weight 5 years ago and have been working out every day to keep the weight off. Somehow I stopped at my current for at least 2 years. I watch my diet and ocassionally eat the wrong food or wrong portion but I always make sure I burn it right after. I am not gaining weight but not losing either...How do I lose that last 5 lb?

Every time i stay under the sun for a certain amount of time, around my mouth area, first it gets red and itchy, and it started to get swollen, after a day i start to get something that looks like blister around my lips, and sometimes it feels like "water" is coming out from that whole area, and i know for sure that isn't saliva and then it starts to dry up and chap, my skin starts to peel, then i know i am recovering. It happens everytime i stay under the sun for more than 10 to 15 minutes, and it only happens around my mouth. What is it, and is there anyone i can put on to stop it. I've tried sunscreen and chapstick with SPFs, but it doesn't work, and sometimes it gets worse. Please help!

I'm pretty sure I have insomnia issues. I'm thinking a doctor is just going to hand me pills anyway so are there any over the counter meds that are known for being better than others?

I just got back from my dentist, I need two root canals and two crowns. I have dental insurance but its still going to cost me $1850.00. 2 teeth that much? I know I am lucky to have insurance but still with insurance its too high. This is a good reason American Middle Class never get ahead, we can't afford the heath and dental care.

My mother and my grandmother both have high blood pressure.
My grandfather has died of a heart attack, my grandmother has had one, and my mother has been in the CCU cause she almost went into cardiac arrest.
Also my grandmother is diabetic, now with all that said I know the chances of me having all these problems is pretty good and here lately I've been having chest pains. Is my best bet to go to the doctor to get check out and how would I go about doing that when I dont have insurance?

The area usually consists of an entire room (or large space on the main floor) with free weights, workout benches, and machines. Men are prohibited of using this area, there are even signs that say..."women only." This is something that I find quite annoying and ridiculous. Women DO NOT need to be catered to in this manner. The fact is, most women seem to use the main floor including machines and free weights!!!! Often times, it's impossible getting a bench because WOMEN are sitting there talking or working out (I'm being fair...) Also, please note that there is no difference with weights or machines in these women only areas. Everything is unisex. Which leads me to wonder, does it have anything to do with the fact women are often in "sexy positions" while exercising, and that this may entice men in some way ??

So, what the hell is the deal with this ????? Do women generally pay more than men for a gym that features this "women only" area ?
