It sounds like your hormones are off. Try using a progesterone cream. It balances your bodies horomones. Get it through an Arbonne rep or a health food store. It usually comes in a pump applicator. Use one application daily. Each day rotate the application sites from your chest & neck to the underarms & forarms to your inner thighs to your behind and back to your chest.

I've used Arbonne's phyto Prolief for 6 years and love it! My old ob/gyn was very traditional. He did not encourage the use of natural progestrone. My new doctor has seen too many cases where natural progestrone helps conditions without the danger of the synthetic hormones.

Hi u missed most imp detail- ur age. I am assuming u r middle age 40-50 yrs. Hormone replacement is reqd because body may not be able to tolerate sudden def of hormones post surgery, reqd for general well being and also to prevent osteoporosis, they also help in upkeep of sex organs (breasts and vagina)

If u dont want them its quite okay, they were not to be given forever anyway. It seems that u have been able keep well without them, what will a fellllow lady tell you? U go and tell this to ur gynec and u r done
