Just curious about mens sacks....when my husband gets hard his balls kinda get a little hard too, and so does the skin around it. Is that normal?

I would imagine it is normal... Because what you described is exactly what happens to me as well!
As far as I can tell, when a male reaches a certain level (of being excited and all) , his scrotum (the ball sack) also happens to respond, often in becoming "harder" (like skin to leather, if you will) and by becoming tighter. My wife actually loves it when my scrotum gets all tight, and it turns her on to watch it and touch it when in that state...
So I do hope it is normal because that's how I have been myself since I was like 13 !

Yes, the skin is pretty reactive to temperature and blood in the area. It is normal. However if he is having pain, I would suggest you absolutely see a doctor.

yes it is normal, it also gets that way if his balls get real cold, they draw closer to the body.

that is very normal and if you watch when he gets ready to come his testicles will raise up tighter in his sack
