I dont feel like im about to start, my breats are swelled but im not cramping or any signs of a period , what could be wrong? Im waiting on the doc to call!!

Honestly, there are more "false negatives" in pregnancy tests than "false positives". It's possible that you still are pregnant, but there was just not enough of the pregnancy hormone yet to cause a positive pregnancy test. Did you take urine from your first urination of the day? The first urination is the most accurate to test from.
There are quite a few reasons (other than pregnancy) for your period to be late. Significant weight loss, stress, hormonal fluctuations, a medical issue, etc. The best thing to do is to schedule an appointment with your doctor, and they can draw blood to determine conclusively if you are pregnant or not.

Re do the pregnancy test. However stress can cause a delay in your menstrual cycle and using contraceptives can too. I don't know how old you are but some women menopause early too. the menopausal state last for 10 years or more. I know women who have started menoP in their late 20's and early 30's it jacks your menstrual cycle up bad,

you may have to have a blood test done to find out if you are pregnant. I didn't get a positive pregnancy test with my second child until I was almost 5 months pregnant. And they had to do a blood test then.

u might be preg..or you might be stressed and not even know it..I have had my period 2 weeks late then the 3rd week it came..I went to the Dr to find out and she told me stress does it also .....
