For starters, I go to the gym 4 days a week for a min of an hour, and I play softball 2x a week. From what I can see, it's basically a 1000 calories per day. Let me know if you've tried it and gotten any results or knew someone DIRECTLY who did or didn't.
3-DAY SUPER DIET POSTED BELOW
Lose 10 lbs. In 3 days
Breakfast — black coffee or tea
1st day — 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 tbl- peanut butter
2nd day — 1 egg, i slice toast, 1/2 banana
3rd day — 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, i small apple
Lunch .
1 st day: 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice toast, coffee or tea
2 nd day: 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
3rd day:1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast
Dinner
1 st day:3 oz. Any type of meat, 1 cup string beans, 1 cup beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream
2nd day:2 hotdogs, 1 cup broccol, , 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c vanilla ice ream
3rd day:1 cup tuna, 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
