Have her go to the doctor/clinic and get a UA. It is possible she has a UTI or a bladder infection and will need an antibiotic. It is also possible that it is just dehydration as this can cause the urinary symptoms you described. Having a UA is the only definite way for her to know what it is or isn't that is causing it.

Many foods such as asparagus can make the urine smell funny, but if it is cloudy as well, she may have an infection. It is very easy for the doctor to check a specimen while she is in the office. Make sure she calls right away.

I'm a medical assistant and when Urine is cloudy and has a awkward smell, it means there is an infection.

Why are you smelling your girlfirend's urine?
She could have a UTI or bladder infection or just be dehydrated. Its not easy to say from the one sentence you wrote. She probably needs to go see a doctor and tell you to let her use the bathroom on her own.

well let me told you that when a used to smoked and drink a would noticed that for some days my urine and my vagina would smell like freaking onions or some thing like that. That's why a quit smoking. if this is not her case she need to go to the doctor, drink at least 8 glass of water and washed her self good.

well it could mean that she is not drinking enough water or it could mean she may have bladder infection especially if you notice her going to the bathroom more frequently than usual.
