how do i get rid of it as fast as i can.. i am drinking lots of water and i am going to go work out in allittle bit.. what do i do..

I shouldn't say this...but I feel sorry for you guys. You're all so young. Back when I was growing up, a lid (one full ounce of weed) cost 10 bucks. Everyone smoked it. It was almost a religion. ??? Hey! There it is! Go to Arizona, convert to the religion of the Hopi Indians and smoke all the dope you want. Chew peyote. I mean, if some turban dude can get on a airplane with his "sacred burbur knife" because his religion demands that he carry it always, you should be able to smoke vegetables whenever you want.

You will be OK, but if you are that worried about it go to Rite Aid, or any other Pharmacy and buy an over the counter drug screen test. They have several kinds the one for just weed is like $15. They are guaranteed.
You didn't smoke enough to take any pills plus they test for most of them anyway.

You should be fine..especially if that's the only hit you've had recently. Drink lots of water and you can do a detox just to be safe. good luck

weed can stay in your system for over a month.
Go to a health store like GNC or vitamin world and take a product that detoxes you for up to 6 hrs. They cant check for it either. unlike goldenseal . 420 ;)

aah a question a pot head can answer. you're cool dude. That one hit won't hurt ya. Drink water, tea, and exercse, reduce your intake of fat because that is where it is stored. be careful not to drink too much water the day of your test because they can tell when piss is deliberatly watered down. Is it a hair test or a piss test. Either way, you shouldn't sweat it too much. The same thing happened to me the first time I smoked. I believe that there was a bout six days between me smoking and taking the test. It was way more than one hit too. I passed with flying colors and went on to smoke another day.

go to the store fast and get some AZO pills. They are for a uti., They will detox ur system

Good luck.........It all depends on body fat........and we've all heard...it was just the first time. Most drug tests now are sooooo good that they can even tell if you have taken a drug to get rid of the drug you took!!
