If a machine could do all the work everyone would own one. Sorry but the only way to lose it is through aerobic exercise and zone specific exercises like crunches, lunges, squats, etc.

Those machines don't work. You have to get your heart rate up to burn calories. A machine won't burn the calories for you. It is the only way besides dieting.
