Since I moved from Mississippi to Maryland, I have had dandruff. It gets worse when I sweat a lot (esp. at night). I have large flakes and when they are removed, the area is red. I have tried different shampoos (cheap stuff, Herbal Essance, Tea tree shampoo from salon, etc), but nothing is helping. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. This has only started since we moved. It is mainly in the front of my scalp above my face and in the back of my scalp right above my back.

So I went swimming 3 days ago and had no problem. But last night, I cleaned my right ear with a q-tip and it just clogged up. I can't really hear well out of it. I was wondering if this had anything to do with the swimming, or is it earwax? In any case, any suggestions to clear it?

THE SENSATIONS IS NOT REALLY PAINFULL, BUT MORE OF AN ANNOYANCE. IT STARTS IN WHAT FEELS LIKE MY GLAND AREA NEAR MY LOWER JAW, AND WORKS ITS WAY UP, SOMETIMES TO MY EAR.

So many people experience pain. Physical pain; Mental or psychological pain; Emotional Pain; Spiritual pain, Social Pain; Financial pain; The list goes on.

So many people fear pain with all their energy, sapping them of life. Anxiety regarding the possibility of experiencing pain (incl dying and death) is the most popular type of anxiety. It consumes many people's lives to the point of manic depression. 300 million scrips are filled for antidepressants and pain killers in the US every year. Over the counter drugs market several times that much. Illegal pain killers and illicit anti-depressants more still, ranked as the most financially profitable and most effectively marketed product in the world. All to make the pain stop, even for a few hours.

So many people fight pain, resist pain. They go through their lives putting on a brave face.
So many people accept pain, as if its inevitable.
So many more complain about their pain, victimising themselves.
Who's right? What do I do???

True Essentials Men's Vitamin Pack

Its a package of vitamins w/ 30 pouches of 8 pills to take for 30 days. So Far I like the effects of these vitamins but could this eventually make my body dependant upon them?

Is there a limit on how long these or any other vitamins you take should be used so that in the event that you were to stop using them, your body doesn't go thru withdrawal type symptoms?

He used painkillers but doctors asked him to avoid them because he has an enlarged prostate gland and it will be difficult to urinate. Due to IBS, he has constipation and diarrhoea frequently. If he uses a laxative, he gets loose motions. He also has nervous weakness and headache. His Barium meal and colonoscopy were done and the report was fine. So the doctor concluded that he had IBS. Now he has severe abdomen, nervous pain, headache, vertigo and loss of apetite. If he eats anything, there is severe pain in his stomach. Also he has lost 10 Kgs in the last 6 months. He has psyhological problem i.e. he is always tensed about his health and future. We have checked him up with many doctors but in vain. Their medicines don't work. He also has insomnia due to pain. Please suggest an alternative medicine or painkiller which is available in India?
