I was in the same situation as you. I then heard about The Movie Star Diet on Dateline or some such show. I figured why not. I lost about thirty pounds in less than two months. I went on to lose a full 68 lbs. The new version won't be out for a couple of weeks, from what I can tell on their website, but it's definitely worth it in my humble opinion. It covers the gamut from nutrition and exercise and they are even selling a workout book now, so I might pick that up, too. It's a really different kind of diet than anything else I've tried, and I've tried a LOT.

Find a motivation to lose weight. What makes you happy? If there is anything that you can take away from yourself so you can't have it unless you drop some pounds, you may be able to do it a little easier.
