i dont think its a speed thing. i think its how hard you're pushing yourself.

if you cant go any faster than you already are (or not much faster), you're running. if you're going slower than that, you're jogging.

jogging is what you do for excercise, running is when you've got an angry doberman behind you. lol.

good question!

I'd say the dividing line would be around 5-6 miles/hr. Anything less should be called jog. Anything more than 7mph is definitely running

running is sprinting, going as fast as you can! jogging is just a little more upbeat than walking. Sort of like powerwalking, but not really
