Sometimes when I drink beer I get a tingling sensation in my jaw. What causes this?

THE SENSATIONS IS NOT REALLY PAINFULL, BUT MORE OF AN ANNOYANCE. IT STARTS IN WHAT FEELS LIKE MY GLAND AREA NEAR MY LOWER JAW, AND WORKS ITS WAY UP, SOMETIMES TO MY EAR.
