HIV is not curable

it is but you have to kill a human to do so

HiV is not curable at this time because as the virus is spread, it mutates into different forms.

If people would practice safe sex and not do IV drugs (like heroin, etc.) the spreading of it would probably be significantly less than it is now. However, because so many people think that they're invincible and that nothing bad can ever happen to them, these safer life practices don't happen.

What do you mean know early about it? It's been in the news since about 1985! If you don't know about it or how to prevent it, you need to climb out from under the rock you've been living under for the last 20 years!

No HIV and AIDS are as yet not curable, they are however treatable, and medication can alleviate the symptoms and prolong life.
