how do you take drugs in captule form?

Should you swallow it the capsule or should you take apart the capsule and sprinkle it on your drink?

Depends on the medication. Some of them you can do this with, many of them you can not do it with because it changes how effective it is. Check with your pharmacy about the particular drug you're inquring about.

Swallow it whole! The capsule is there for a reason, it determines where in your digestive tract the contents are released.
