I was at a very healthy wt. after I was put on insulin 6 yrs. ago. 3 yrs ago I got an insulin pump, an I have gained 30 lbs. I work out 5x week @ the gym, play basketbball. I am creful about what I eat. My specialist said I have a "insulin belly"--great.... I am 34-male

Any time I hit my arm it is like a blood vessel breaks and it leaves a red blotch on my skin that looks like blood under the skin. I would like to know how to get rid of it quickly, it looks terrible. Is there some kind of treatment. and is there anything that can be taken to prevent this?

what might it be if I have lower abdominal pain/ache for a few days straight? It's more to the left than right, and below the belly button. It bugs me more when I sit. When I lay down or stand up it almost goes away. Unless I press on it, it's just an ache, like mild gas. In fact it almost feels like I should go to the Bathroom but I don't have to. If I press on it, it hurts a bit more. It's not on the appendix side, it's on the left side, but more under the belly button. Nothing crippling (like a 2-4 on a 1-10 scale), but it just has been there for the last 2 days or so. Has anyone put up with abdominal pain for a few days at a time? I really don't want to go to the ER, and my Dr.'s office is closed. Tomorrow we go to a local amusement park and I don't want to screw that up for the kids.

I gave birth to my son in Feb of 06 by c-section and im still bleeding. Why? is this happing to me. I havent been covered with insurance sinice 30 days after I gave birth. Is weight training effective for men over 30? I know weight training can help people of almost any age lose weight, but what about building muscle mass and toning up for a previously inactive and overweight man over age 30?
