I am 21 years old. My height is 5'7. My current weight is 127 and I want to get down to 115 asap. I need to stay at 120 for health reason but I want to get down to 115. I have tried Lipo 6 (diet pills), and a 1000 calorie diet (that does not include meat). It did not work. Please respond with only helpful info. Thanx.

I'm suffering with chronic nausea, never actually vomiting, but very overwhelming feeling. Feelings of anxiety and nervouness and dizziness at times. Can experience low energy and is worse last thing at night and on waking. Often better for movement and fresh air. Inhaling menthol (or similar) oils helps, but am aware must not mix with homeopathic remedies. Thanks in anticipation x

Is it just me or does quitting smoking seem like drastically changing your personality. I'm not sure why it's like I'm not as rebellious anymore like I'm caving in to the status quo. I know smoking is bad for me and only makes another big corporation rich. But somehow it's like I'm leaving a cool club or something ridiculous like that. Also what do I do when I'm driving or playing video games those are the two times when I really enjoy smoking (and the bad part is I'm a truck driver so I drive allot and sometimes use cigarettes to stay awake for something to do) Dont get me wrong I've quit before for 6 months starting out with the patch so I know how to quit I just feel like I'm saying goodbye to a part of myself.

I have severe migraine headaches and they wont let up no matter what. My dr wants me to come it tomorrow to give me injections in the back of my head. Has anyone had this done? What is the procedure? I am 16 years old, female. (got my period when I was 13)

My period is always regular and it usually starts on the 1st of each month. But I got my period today (26th) . Why did my period come early?

This month I've been eating a little less, sometimes sleeping more/less than usual and not excersising as usual. Could this possibly have anything to do it?

I have been on Tapazole for about 3 years and ever since I started taking it, my skin is looking so much more wrinkled.
