I am 21 years old. My height is 5'7. My current weight is 127 and I want to get down to 115 asap. I need to stay at 120 for health reason but I want to get down to 115. I have tried Lipo 6 (diet pills), and a 1000 calorie diet (that does not include meat). It did not work. Please respond with only helpful info. Thanx.

If you work out 4 times a week for a month you can loose up to 10 pounds or more.. but seems like you already have the perfect weight for your height ... or try laxatives but look in to it first if youre gonna try them .. I say your weight is ideal for your height

Sorry to say it but 5'7 and 127 is just perfect, but if you still want to lose weight...remember that its only necessary to burn off 500 calories more each day to lose a pound a week. I generally cut out 500 calories per day instead of doing the extra exercise, but I'm sure you can do a combination of both. Anyway, it does work... it's just up to you...whatever you want to do. Good luck, but don't get too thin... too thin is just as gross looking as too fat. :)

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

If it is only necessary to stay at 120lb for health reasons, then please don't go any lower than that. I can't really see the health benefits of being underweight and at 115lb, this is really pushing it. You need to include plenty of cardio and toning exercises and cut out unhealthy foods. You need to include some kind of protein in your diet and only low GI carbs and plenty of fruit and vegetables. Think high protein (from oily fish and poultry, nuts and seeds, eggs, but not red meat), good carbs (brown bread, fruit, vegetables, not potatoes or bananas). HTH.

Try not eating after 6 P.M.
When you eat late at night, and then go to sleep, your body has no oppurtunity to burn the absorbed calories; therefore, storing them as fat. Also, try doing Pilates. If you stay consistent, they'll help you slim down really quickly.
