A craving lasts for 14-16 minutes, just wait that long and it should be gone. Focus on something else.

Put some crushed up oreo cookies (a little will go a long way) on the bottom of a good-sized dish, followed by a package of sugar free instant chocolate pudding prepared with skim milk, and then a layer of fat free Cool Whip (keep the cool whip in the fridge instead of the freezer so it will be soft. Top with a few more crushed oreos and enjoy. One box of pudding should make enough for 3-6 servings. Very little fat or calories, but it seems like your doing something very naughty!
You can mix it up if you don't like this combo. Use bananna pudding with vanilla wafers or vanilla pudding with graham crackers. Be creative!
Btw, the small amount of the fattening stuff isn't enough to really have a effect on your exercise.

I did that when I did the Adkins's diet and I found out that I would crave sweets when I didn't eat enough carbs. Try eating fruits and some whole grain breads during the day and see if it doesn't get better. If you crave something it is sometimes your body's way of letting you know that something is missing. Try that for a while and see if it works. Good luck!

Have some beautiful, tempting fruit available after you exercise. Fruit makes a wonderful dessert.
You can even fool yourself. Take some strawberries, banana, mango and blend them with soy or nonfat milk, and ice. Add a little sweetener if you like. Drink a cup of this after you exercise, and you will think you have some Jamba juice.

I satisfy my sweet tooth at night with a glass or two of lemonade made with Splenda. I use a quart glass mostly filled with ice and squeeze one fresh lime and two fresh lemons. Add Splenda to taste and pour in distilled water. Stir and drink. I was surprised to learn that I like this better than lemonade made with sugar. Splenda is a chlorinated molecule though so, as with all artificial sweeteners moderation is best.

Try chocolate tea from Trader Joe's. It comes in bag form and you can brew it like a regular tea bag. Then - add milk, sweetner or ice to your liking. It has no caffeine and 0 calories.
Alternatively, drink a glass of milk after a workout - great for the 'recovery'. You can also add a bit of honey to make it sweet for minimal calories. Drink hot or cold.

You can resist the temptation by not thinking only about how good it will taste, but also about how heavy it will feel on your stomach at night, how guilty you'll feel afterwords, and the fat it will put on you. A simple technique, but it works.

I eat yogurt instead of icecream. The vanilla is really good. I would think it would be but it really is. Get Yoplait very good for you and fat free. You can also buy some frozen fruit and blend that with yogurt.
