Try the UT Dental Branch. They are in the Medical Center and you'll have to pay to park, but the students are cheap and they are under the instruction of real Dentists. I got my kid's braces there. Good Luck!

See if there is a teaching hospital near you, that does dentistry. That's how I got mine out about twenty yrs ago, and it was free because they let dental students watch, and because I agreed to be part of a pain killer study. Hey, you never know...
