You are fine, there isn't a "normal" starting time, you can have your period 7 days prior or 7 days later than when you expect your period and still be normal, any other bleeding I would see the doctor

Yep, all of the above is true. weight loss, sleeplessness, stress. All of those things can cause your periods to be irregular. As long as you are not sexually active and having other issues along with the no period symptom, I would say your fine. Periods are considered normal if they are within 21 to 30 days apart. Now if you start one at 20 days, that doesn't mean your all messed up either. Those are just a reference range.

A woman's cycle can vary from month to month. Some women never have a predictable cycle. Stress, change in lifestyle, change in diet, many factors can influence the regularity. Don't worry if it is a little different sometimes.

You ovulated early that's it. And ovulation is totally controlled by your hormones. It can happen to anyone, not just a teenager. Unless you are bleeding very heavily or the bleeding from your period does not stop you shouldn't worry.

No your period has a mind of its own at times. Its nothing to worry about it. It'll do that every once in a while. No period is perfect.

Yes. Eating less, sleeping more/less, not excercising as much. You are doing so much different stuff that your body isn't use too. Stress can also do this.
