this morning when i woke up and i went to the restroom, i was peeing and i smell this odor ...it smells really strong to the point i can smell it while sitting down. and i feel this tickle sensation almost like itchy INSIDE of me...i don't know what is wrong. But when i drink like 6 cups of water the tickle sensation is gone and the burns kinda getting better. It doesn't smell any more. I don't know what is going on. please help me

I am 5'10, 66kg I have been in a gym before and I have suceeded in sort of shaping my body (meaning I'm thin but not scrawny thin). Still I am still pretty thin, specially forearms, wrists, hands. The problem with the workouts I've done is that once I stop doing them I kind of "shrink" again. Is there a more lasting solution? What exercises should I be prioritizing and what sort of diet should I be going for?

At first, I did not like the show. After a while it grew on me because the show made us aware of someone's Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, which I have. It looked like the show was making fun of O.C.D. I realized otherwise. Yes, I do find Monk's behavior funny alot. I just wonder if Monk ever used medication(s) for his illness? I take several medications and quite frankly, I am alot better now than I was almost one year ago!

This is gross!
This incident happened recently in North Texas .

A woman went boating one Sunday taking with her some cans of coke which
she put into the refrigerator of the boat. On Monday she was taken to
the hospital and placed in the Intensive Care Unit. She died on
Wednesday.

The autopsy concluded she died of Le ptospirosis. This was traced to
the can of coke she drank from, not using a glass. Tests showed that the
can was infected by dried rat urine and hence the disease
Leptospirosis.

Rat urine contains toxic and deathly substances. It is highly
recommended to thoroughly wash the upper part of soda cans before drinking out
of them. The cans are typically stocked in warehouses and transported
straight to the shops without being cleaned.

A study at NYCU showed that the tops of soda cans are more contaminated
than public toilets (i.e).. full of germs and bacteria. So wash them
with water before putting them to the mouth to avoid any kind of fatal
accident.
