Viruses don't get through the condom. You can however get something even while using a condom.

STDs such as hsv (herpes) and hpv (genital warts) can also be present in areas of the genitals not covered by the condom. There is still the base of the penis, the pelvic region around the penis, the scrotum, and even your legs and buttocks that can get infected. All it takes is skin to skin contact with someone who is infected while they are shedding the virus, which can happen during an outbreak, or even when there is no outbreak. The latter is called asymptomatic viral shedding, meaning there's no symptoms but virus still there and contagious during that stage. There is no way to know when someone is asymptomatic and contagious.

So, no, a condom is not the answer to everything, even if it does not break.

There is always a chance, a comdom makes it alot safer.

There are many sexually transmitted desease like some types of warts ( skin tags) that merley take skin contact.

With a condom, some break once in a while allowing contact.

Oh yes, easily. Sperm are much larger than viruses; viruses can typically get through condoms even when sperm can't. Also, condoms can fail, allowing both pregnancy and infection.

They do reduce the risk, but it's no silver bullet.
