That will depend on your body.

As a rule of thumb, most plump people find it easy to lose weight. They just find it hard to keep it off.

As for slim people, they would mostly find it very difficult to gain weight no matter how much they ate.

A good analogy would be between me and my friend, CC. By going through a detox programme, I lost 15kg within 2 months! ;) However, my fren CC went through the same detox programme and only managed to gain 3kg within 4 months and that is like an incredible achievement for her cos she would eat and eat and not even gain 1kg.

So it really is dependent on your body.

But a healthy body has a healthy shape so if you want to be of a good, regular weight, then make sure your health habits are good ;)

It's easier to gain weight then it is to lose it. You can eat and sit around all day to gain all the weight that you want, but when you want to lose it you have to exercise, drink a lot of water, and pretty much change what you have been doing.

It is easier to lose weight. I say this because most doctors make you lose in order to slow your metabolism so that you gain weight. Dieting the way it has been done for the last 30 years actually lowers your metabolism so when you quit the diet you gain what you lost PLUS some. This is how you gain weight. Then if you want muscle not fat you add an exercise routine.

Believe me....it is ALOT easier to gain weight than to lose it. I can gain a pound in a day or two, but I can lose a pound maybe every few days or a week..if even that.

That would depend on the person. I lose weight easily and have a hard time gaining weight. My children gain easy and find it hard to lose.

I think it is easier to gain weight. If you are unactive and you do not do anything but eat you will gain weight in no time.
