i have to go to the doctors about my hand and my shoulder for the hand i have to have a tetnus injection cause i sut it really badly and i'm scared about that wat are some ways to calm me down about that and i hurt my shoulder playing netball ( i am only 14 )
and i'm scared about that 2! lolz will they have to give me a cortasone injection for it because i'm soooooooooooooo afraid of needles please help me! by the way the pain in my shoulder is like a constant stabbing pain any ideas

I like cutting myself just soo i can get stitches! dont be rude all am doing is asking y am i like this!! I love life i really do i just have this fetish w/ stitches soo much that i actually cut myself deep enough just to get stitches (i have done it 20 time or more now) and sometimes i even give myself stitches.

my Dr wants me to take prednsone and I not in favour as I had it once before and it adds weight to your body. I would prefer to put up with my problem instead. They want me to take this for an autoimmune system disease, I have been told my immune system is deteriorating.

Scars on nose, forehead and cheeks, one like a deep hole - had a giant blister. Last of scabs only went 2 weeks ago. been using bio oil. childrens scars seem to be fading allready - but the oldest is 4.

I get really bad constipation. I eat loads of fruit, I only take laxatives when absolutely necessary (like when I haven't been for over a week!) I eat food with fibre when I can get it, bearing in mind I moved to North Africa from the UK 3 months ago and "All Bran" is hard to come by. I haven't been properly now for nearly 3 weeks. I'm beginning to feel really ill. Headaches, sluggish, no energy. Can anyone help please?

I have sinusitis for the past 15 years and it is getting worse on and off.. it depends on the food sometimes like Ghee and vegegable salads makes worsens the nasal blocks

I have nasal block almost all the time and I use Otrivin nasal drops to get relieved I can say that I am adicted to it

if it is more worst I use Rhinocart a Steroidal nasal spray to get quick relief and it works only some weeks or months then gets worse. Doctors adviced me FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) but according to the doctors' openion this will work for few months and I will have the same problem when infection arises.

is there a permenant solution to it can some one help me that leads me non-surgical permenent healing...
