Pubic hair is not grown on the penis itself, just around the base of the penis, on the scrotum, and around the scrotum.

I shave the pubic hair that is on the shaft of my penis because I don't like it . I shave, and trim the rest of my pubic hair every couple of weeks .

On the ones that I have seen they are mostly around the balls on the skin that attaches the penis and balls and the balls not on the penis itself...
