I received my nutrisystem food in the mail today. I plan to start Monday. For you guys who have been on it what was your favorite food? or worst food? Just curious...i heard the food was gross. Lemme know ur opinion.

Body fat, help!!!?

Hi, I am 13 years old and have jus noticed that my thighs, legs, chin and neck have got a bit fatter. I 8 to be fat, what should I do. I also realized at the amout of food I am eating now. help me and how do u get rid of fat body parts? any excersize specifically to tone the bum and thighs? Please help me.

Well I think of some one whose never had sex, BUT in medical terms its a person who has had there cherrie popped, rite?

Well The 1st time my ex boyfriend fingered me he popped me cherrie. But Ive NEVER has sex. So when a person ask me if Im a virgen what do I say? I always andser by saying "ive never had sex be-4" but can I say yeah I am? Or am I not? What do yall think?

Does anyone hear noises inside your head ONLY as you lay down to sleep?

Examples: (electronic-buzzing, chirping, as if running through AM radio frequencies)

Question on Hepatitis. Please help.?

Ive tried researching on hepatitis on the net and came across "DARK URINE" in the list of symptoms. What does this mean? Does it mean a deep yellow color, another color perhaps or does it mean turbid-looking? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Why do we ice injuries / what's wrong with swelling?

Whenever you get a nasty bruise, twist or sprain a muscle, we get told to put ice on it, to reduce the swelling.

But if the body makes injuries swell up as part of the healing process, the swelling should be beneficial, to help the injury heal.
If so why do we try to surpress it?

Can someone help me about my burning and watering eyes?

First off, it is not allergies. Every so often my eyes will explode in massive amounts of pain and start to water. Almost like having hot pepper juice in my eye (or something like it). It happens at any time; when I'm driving, walking, watching TV, anytime. It could be one or the other or both. I went to the eye doctor and they said they didn't know what it is. It is totally random, I might not have an attack for months or it could happen daily. It happens all year and in any location.

Please only serious replies.

why are braces so expensive???? how much are you paying. Chicago?

why am i paying $5,700 for adult braces even though my teeth are moving very well with no proublums .they told me it will take 18 month and its only been 4months and they all ready look 85% perfict......shouldent it be a quouted price for the length you have to wear them?????????? im sure if i had to wear them longer than 18months they'ed be glad to add it to the bill....

I had my teeth cleaned today and told the dentist I can feel a nerve sticking out of my right fang tooth.?

He told me to switch to a soft toothbrush and brush in circular motion instead of back and forth. Is my tooth going to fall out of my head. What is a soft toothbrush supposed to do. Everytime I touch that spot, it sends an uncomfortable pain thru my tooth.

If you have an abnormal pap smear, what does a 'CoPo' mean?

my friend just got back from her 'annual' gynecological visit and they told her today that her pap smear showed 'abnormal cells.' They scheduled her for another visit to do a 'CoPo'. What is this? Is this a bad sign? She tried to call back her office today and they were closed- she hasn't a clue as to what this all means!

How many times if any have you tried to give up smoking?
How do the the anti smoking ads make you feel?
If you have given up smoking what good tips do you have?

I am a smoker and I AM going to give up soon! I gave up before for 2 months, all my friends smoke they were very supportive but I ended up smoking again, I have tried again but I had some bad news and now I smoke agaain!
I would like to hear some similar experiences.
