Yes. Olestra is an ingredient in some low fat chips. It can cause anal leakage.

well this "anal leakage" can be caused by potato chips fried with olestra. Remember the Wow Chips that are fat-free?

I have never ever heard that! I do know some people have a reaction to the oils in the fat free chips such as lays WOW chips and pringles fat free. They say it gives them diarhea but its never done that to me at all and I eat them all the time. Never heard of any leakage though!

Good question. I have leakage and I don't eat chips so I don't know. But something is causing it!

Anything fried or greasy could cause that. When I worked at the airport (in food service) employees were given free food at Burger King. There were a few women who brought their lunch for the same complaint you have.

When they first started doing the baked chips I think it was, that uses Olestra, there were reports all in the news about that.
