Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

I really think that body builder exercise will do it for you. try lifting weights. The more muscle you build the more your metabolism will go up, the more fat will melt, and you'll be left with a nice six pack, by Christmas.
Don't eat untill you're full, or stuffed, eat less (as much as the size of your fist) and eat more often... every two hours.
Substitute carbs and sugar with fruit and veggies, prefferably the negative calorie ones like grapefruit, and cauliflower, or cabbage... keep active, and really health conscious.
Don't go for the easy fixes, like fast food and fried stuff... go for the water. Most of the time we misunderstend our body clues, and we eat instead of hydrate, most of the time if you drink water if you think you're hungry, you realize that... and wait 1/2 hour before you eat after you drink water.
Stay off the pop and sodas and try Mineral water instead.
Go for the natural juices, instead of sugar filled ones.
Skip anything that comes in a bag, unless it's baked...
Natural juices should be watered down by 50%.
after a meal don't drink anything for a half hour... it will kees your joints safe for later... (arthrytis)

Good luck, there are no quick fixes, it's a lifestyle..

You are 13 and your body is changing. You will notice that you will gain some weight and then shoot up. Unless you are eating a lot of junk food and not exercising at all, you shouldn't worry too much about this. Your body will change and mature in the next few years. This is normal and you should expect to change a lot.

Try to eat healthy food and get plenty of exercise. As long as your diet is balanced and moderate, you shouldn't have a problem.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.

Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with excellent resistance training routines that will not get you bored is "Muscle and Fitness". Signup for the free newsletter.

A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.

*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com

At your age you notice every change your body makes. Please relax let nature take its course while you are in your teens. Eat right by watching your portions. Be reasonable about your exercises routine. At your age you can over do it. Eat more often but keep your sizes smaller. Never more than 1/2 cup of anything at a time. Decide also if you are really hungry or is there stress in your life that makes you reach for more food.Good Luck it is a lifelong battle.

You should really be aware that a measure of body fat is necessary for various body functions. If you are female, and you probably will get your period soon if you haven't gotten it already, you should know that body fat is necessary in order to produce a substance called estrogen. Estrogen is responsible for starting your monthly cycle. This is natural, and normal, and if you have aversion to this meaning if you don't like it, DON'T TRY TO LOSE BODY FAT IN ORDER TO GET RID OF YOUR PERIOD!

First of all, to determine what is healthy and what isn't, go to this site, and measure your BMI (Body Mass Index) http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ Fill in the heart and other boxes bellow it.

If you are infact in the obese or overweight catagory, take these measures to lose a 'few' pounds.

Eat lots of vegetables and some fruits.
Eat lean meats (no bacon, eggs, franks, sausage, hamburgers)
Don't really have anything dairy, you will probably develop asthma if you don't already have it. Instead have your parents get you 500 mg of Calcium citrate (per day) 600 is usually the standard, so if you see either one its ok.
Have your parents get you flax oil (for kids or adults) This will help you Lose wieght. And you will find that you concentrate better in school. Take 1 tablespoon in AM, one in midafternoon, like when you get home from school.

Go out, play jump rope, run, jump, play sports, bike if you have one,

Enjoy life. its full of good things. Talk to an elderly person, visit your neighbors, help out at a camp, go to camp, do your homework, play with your brothers and sisters (if you don't already), enjoy the beach or park with your family.... oooo have a sleepover, but do sleep before 1 am and probably even sooner than that.

Most of all take care of yourself. Don't let anybody get you down. If there's conflict in your family, pray. He hears you, and loves you, and talk to someone about it like a teacher or counselor, I know how troubling it can be. Your parents might even talk to you about it.

Anyway, good health and blessings,
Cheryl

What?! Why are you freaking out? You are only thirteen years old, trust me, these things happen! You are most likely going through a growth spurt! Stop worrying about your weight, if you are healthy, then that's all that matters. When I was thirteen, I was 130 pounds, now I'm sixteen, and I am 119 pounds. These things happen, so don't worry about it. If you are honestly freaking out about it, then go see your doctor. But seriously, I think you've been reading too many beauty magazines and you listen to what society wants. Be yourself, who cares about extra weight? You've got so much about yourself that's more important than weight, so live your life!

If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit.

Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved if you don't have the access.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices

Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - muligrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)

Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.

Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. If you have access to a gym include boxing and spin classes as well. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.

To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 (women) - 1800 (men) and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) cal and 6 sessions again.

Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.
