Yes, it can do this -- especially the drowzy part. Depending on your body, this medication can have different effects, but some people are more sensitive to it than others.
If it makes you dizzy, I would suggest cutting the pills in half and just taking a half-dose. Taking it with a small meal can help alleviate some of this, especially if it's also making you nauseous.
Also, if you are small, I would especially recommend taking the half-dose, because your body simply doesn't need as much, and you don't want to overload your system with this stuff. Too much of any of these types of medications can cause severe effects and could potentially be fatal.

I'd say it's normal, depending on the roughness of sex, lol. Sometimes I want to fall right asleep, sometimes I get up and do the dishes and laundry, lol. I notice that when I orgasm I'm especially tired too. Maybe that's why guys always just want to pass out and we're ready for more...

yes it can i am on methadone and at first that happened to me. they ended up putting me on a medication for day time sleepiness called pro vigil 200 mg. it has helped its expensive so if you don't have insurance you wouldn't want to check into it. but it depends on how long you have been on the medication if its new to you, you may be allergic to it. if you have been on it some time now it may be something else. good luck to you. talk to your doctor.

That is usually one of the main side effects of a narcotic, Usually written on the bottle or paper they give you with your prescription .

it's very strong and you should only take what is prescribed. also watch what you are taking with it whether medicines or foods. let your doctor know what it is doing. after some time, prescriptions need to be changed.
