I was lifting tables, desks, and chairs all by my self and with the assistance of others, too... for a long distance. The problem is... I've done this before. I was helping a teacher move her stuff from one part of my school to another part.
Like I said, I've done this before... many, many times. Every time I move heavy stuff for long distances my biceps end up hurting for DAYS. Sometimes, the pain lasts a week... or a week-and-a-half.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get the pain to stop? How can I ease the pain?
BTW, I don't particularly want to try hydrocortisone or cortisone creams... because they damage bones and underlying muscular tissue (a known, but lightly-spoken medical fact...).
DAMNIT, IT HURTS!! >:-o!!
