Make a 'to do' list of 15 activities per day and do them. Make 5 activities tasks, 5 fun things and the other 5 to do with someone else.
Get out of bed first!

Get excited about something. Write down your goals on a piece of paper, put a realistic date to it, and look at it everyday...don't forget to check off each accomplished goal and celebrate it.
Another question: Are you sure its laziness? Or maybe some other underlying issue? is it maybe a lack of selfconfidence? low selfesteem? Do a personal inventory and discover what it may be!

first of all think over what causing us to be lazy.try to find the answer for it.it may be lack of motivation,boring activities,monotomy..etc.try to find out your interests,give time for your hobbies or somthing that you like to do with your heart..
get involved in it and this may refresh you...it will give you energy..
reading , listening music ,guitar playing ,finding new things may help you to overcome laziness.
be positive and innovative.

see the only thing u can overcoem laziness is tht u always look for some work to do and tht will take ur lazines abit away.

Slack until your laziness brings about irreversible, regrettable, and unwanted consequences. That should fix you.

well im lazy and trust me its real hard to over come it but like i guess you just have to say **** it i must get up adn lke get up just becouse you dont want to get up its kinda like tourcher that you benifit from you kno what i mean
